Message from Maureen Graham

It is with considerable regret that I have to announce that Guy Clark will be leaving Diamond Pharma Services with effect from 23rd July. Guy has worked with us for 18 months and during this time he has contributed significantly to the growth across our companies and helped us to keep going within a difficult economic climate.

Guy has now found his role in a major Pharma company and I on behalf of the Shareholders Directors and the staff of the Diamond Companies together with all our clients who have worked so closely with him, wish him the very best of luck and every success in this new venture.

It is important for me to say that Guy has been working closely with the Diamond PV Services team and me to ensure that the activities that he has been conducting will be handled appropriately after he leaves, and we have already been working on a plan for moving forward after 23rd July. Naturally we are also considering options for a replacement to Guy. As it is often said –when one door closes another door opens- I am extremely pleased to inform you that Charmian Wells will be joining Diamond BioPharm on 6th October to take up the position of Deputy Managing Director.

Charmian and I worked together for nearly 5 years at Amgen and she is undoubtedly one of the most skilled and knowledgeable Regulatory Affairs professionals known to me. Having Charmian in the Diamond BioPharm team will give us an even greater impetus in the service we can offer to the Biotech and Gene therapy industry.
