Diamond Pharma Services appoint Managing Director

Guy Clark has joined Diamond Pharma Services from June 1st 2009 as Managing Director, with responsibility for the management and development of the Diamond Pharma Services group of companies, which provide high-quality Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance support to the European pharmaceutical industry. Guy has been working at Diamond Pharma Services in a consulting capacity for the previous 4 months, and previously held roles as President-Europe for Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and European Business Development Director for IVAX.

In Guy’s permanent role he will act as the lead Commercial Director for all the other companies (Diamond BioPharm Limited, Diamond PV Services Limited and Diamond Compliance Limited).

Guy brings significant general management and commercial experience following 17 years in the Pharma industry and has a broad network of contacts during his previous roles, as well as an excellent understanding of the many European countries in which Diamond Pharma Services hopes to expand its activities. As the business has grown and become ever more complex, it is now necessary to ensure that Diamond Pharma Services has the right experience behind it with an understanding of managing complex organisations, in order to support the company’s continued international growth plans. It is this experience and strategic focus that Guy will be able to bring to Diamond Pharma Services.
