We have now successfully completed over 70 leaflets resulting in over 2000 interviews. The feedback that we have received has been positive and has shown us that the Regulatory bodies are taking a close look at the way the tests are carried out and how the results of the interviews have changed the way the leaflet is read and understood.

We have carried out readability tests on products across numerous therapeutic areas, for example beta-blockers, alpha-receptor antagonists, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI’s), antihistamines, anti-infectives, opioid antagonists in solid dose forms, semi solids, inhaled forms and injectables.

We have also specialised in niche areas of PIL testing, focusing on complex drugs or challenging commercial circumstances. Diamond Clear PILs Limited, for instance, was the first company to devise a solution to the problems posed by parallel imported products that was cost-effective for the parent company and satisfied the regulatory requirements.
